The Loan Agreements & Syndication course examines the standards, structure and provisions found in financing facilities, their documentation and administration, the syndication of the facilities and the various contract parties and their respective role.  Special attention is given to the LMA (Loan Market Association) investment grade, acquisition (leveraged) and real estate finance documentation widely used in the European markets and the syndication of the financing facilities.

This course is being held in cooperation with the international law firm DLA Piper.  Lawyers of DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach will present and discuss legal issues with loan documentation and optimization of the financing facilities.

Course Options

The full 3-day course (14-16 May) will cover the key aspects of the syndication of the financing facilities as well as the documentation used in syndicated financing.  The 2-day participation option (15-16 May) will focus on the standards, structure and provisions found in LMA (Loan Market Association) investment grade, acquisition and real estate finance documentation used for large corporate – project, real estate and acquisition – financing in Europe.
