Corporate Financial Restructuring
The Corporate Financial Restructuring course provides an overview of commercial banking credit exposures and their management, credit risk assessment, corporate default, bankruptcy and insolvency, the methods used by banks in dealing with and recovering distressed corporate debt, valuing and restructuring distressed firms, guidelines on bank treatment of non-performing exposures, and bank accounting for financial assets, their recognition, impairment and derecognition. This course blends presentations, exercises and case studies to further and consolidate the participants’ understanding of corporate financial restructuring.
