The Loan Syndication & Documentation course examines in detail the syndication of finance facilities and syndicates, the facilities that are syndicated, the documentation and administration of the facilities, and the various contract parties and their respective role. Special attention is given to the LMA (Loan Market Association) investment grade, acquisition and real estate finance documentation widely used in the European markets and the syndication of the facilities.

Course Options
The full 3-day course covers the key aspects of syndicates and the syndication of finance facilities. The 2-day participation option focuses on the standards, structure and provisions in syndicated LMA (Loan Market Association) finance facilities used for large corporate financing in Europe.

I found your course excellent and very helpful for work. A sound theoretical explanation and on the other hand also practise-oriented, and the courseware (handout of PowerPoint slides) is also very good, also for self-study and repetition. In particular, I liked the way you explain things, in a 'simple' way. The amount of the covered topics was a bit challenging for me, but it was never too much. I also liked your questions and the litte stories in between. The breaks were always on the right time : ) and the atmosphere you created was very enjoyable, but professional though. The seminar is in my opinion suitable for beginners and for experienced professionals, and I can and will definitely recommend it.
